About IMH Equestrian
My Story and Ambitions
I cannot remember the first time I ever rode a horse but it must've been the best thing that ever happened to me because after 26 years horses are my life, my passion, and luckily for me, my full-time job. I rode competitively from the age of 10 through my teenage years and am still at it today.
My focus was originally showjumping where I had the opportunity to gain experience with top coaches to jump some big tracks. As I went on to university, a few injured horses meant my competitive career came to a temporary *halt*. I focused on my Equine Science degree and graduated from Oxford Brookes in 2016. The knowledge and experience I gained allowed me to run my own yard with my personal horses, competition and sales liveries. Here, IMH Equestrian was born!
In 2018 I moved abroad and started working as a coach and rider in Africa, I just never stopped learning on my journey. Eventually, I moved back to the UK full-time to continue expanding my freelance equestrian business.
I am enthusiastic and highly driven to get the best from each and every horse and rider. I love to project my confidence and motivation onto my clients, set long and short term goals to get the results that everyone is capable of even if they don't know it yet.
